New OutKast album coming

NME reports that OutKast are planning to release a new album sometime in 2010 if both Big Boi's and Andre 3000's solo albums (which are due early 2010) are "well received".
Big Boi's solo album is completed and is entitled Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty, but it does not have a release date yet. Here's the only track that's been released:

I’m not sure exactly why but this web site is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later and see if the problem still exists.
