The original song is from St. Etienne's 1991 LP Foxbase Alpha which has just been reissued in its original form and also reproduced by Richard X, who's known for producing for Annie and M.I.A.. For those of you unfamiliar with these bands, Air France is a relatively new Swedish electronic group who jolted the scene with their summery No Way Down EP last year, and St. Etienne is a British dream pop group from the 90's.
