Nine Inch Nails’ Lights In The Sky Tour HD Footage Downloads
| by Mark Jackson on August 18th, 2009 |
After Nine Inch Nails finished their epic Lights In The Sky tour featuring a ridiculous light show if you want to call it that (screen show would probably be a better word), Interscope denied a DVD of the whole thing. For what reason is anybody's guess because the videos I've seen are just astounding. All instruments were played live, again the light show was ridiculous, and the result was.. well, just see for yourself:
On a post to the NIN forums a few months ago, Trent Reznor informed us of 405gb of HD footage of Lights In The Sky that was recorded by none other than some random RIAA hatin' NIN fans. The links to the torrents can be found here. Edited versions of the raw footage have been uploaded to YouTube so you don't have to necessarily shop for a 500 gb hard drive if you don't want to, although nobody would complain about seeing it in full HD instead of 720p.
NIN are on their supposed "last tour ever" right now, so catch them while you can.
Here are a few starter vids:
"31 Ghosts IV"
"Only"
"The Warning"
